00 The Application
The first step is a conversation, not a commitment. Your application opens a private, personal process. Our team will reach out to schedule an introductory call to understand your home, your lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a circle. From there, we work to find the match that's right for you. You review your circle before you commit to it. And if, within 14 days of signing, it doesn't feel right, you step back. No questions asked. No penalty.
Membership begins with a private application. We evaluate home quality, lifestyle alignment, geography, and shared standards of care to compose each Circle of Three.

Each Circle is intentionally matched, three families, three residences, and one shared commitment to trust, stewardship, and exceptional living.
03 The Movement
Over twelve months, each family experiences three four-month residencies, long enough to stop being a visitor and start becoming a neighbor.
04 The Reset
Between each residency, a Director of Residency oversees restoration, staging, property review, and personal provisioning, ensuring every arrival feels seamless.
05 The Stewardship
Kena is built on mutual care. While you are living in the home of a peer, another trusted member is caring for yours.
