One Residence that you own
opens more places for you to call Home
modern residency:
Own one home. Live in several.
Sign up and tell us what city you'd like to reside in. No obligation until you are matched
There is no commitment until the right Circle of Three is thoughtfully matched
Kena Collective is a matchmaking platform that gives residence owners greater geographic freedom by connecting compatible households for reciprocal home exchange.

Kena Collective was born from a simple realization: the greatest luxury isn't owning more, it's arriving somewhere new and feeling completely at home. We believe the country's most remarkable homes shouldn't sit empty, and the families who own them shouldn't be tethered to a single zip code.
Kena Collective is premium, home exchange that eliminates the risk and expense of traditional rental and home swaps.
01 The Curation
Membership begins with a private application to ensure comparable homes and complementary lives. We don't just match homes we curate a Circle of Three, a closed set of families who share not just aesthetic sensibility, but a mutual reverence for the homes they've built.
02 The Circle
Your Circle is not assigned. It is composed. Our proprietary matching process weighs each home value, geography, lifestyle, and the living character of each residence to build a Circle of Three that is as intentional as the homes within it.
03 The Movement
The Kena year unfolds in three four-month Cycles, each one long enough to stop being a visitor and start being a neighbor.
04 The Reset
The final week of each Cycle is The Reset. A Director of Residency orchestrates a full restoration of the property, handling deep staging, property audits, and personal provisioning, ensuring you arrive at a home that is perfectly mirrored to your lifestyle.
05 The Stewardship
Kena Collective is built on a covenant of trust. You are part of a closed circle , living in the home of a peer who is currently caring for yours. This shared commitment to stewardship is the heartbeat of the Kena Cycle.
