The Kena Process
4 homes | 3 months | 1 year
The Kena Process- A year choreographed for total immersion.
1. The Curation: Membership begins with a rigorous application process designed to ensure absolute alignment. We select for more than just asset value; we select for families who share a common standard of care and a mutual respect for the sanctuary of home.
2. Circle Matching: Using our proprietary curation tool, we assemble your Circle of Four. Families are matched based on desired geography, asset parity, and lifestyle synergy. This closed loop forms your private residential network for the year.
3. Ninety-Day Immersion: Each rotation lasts three months—a timeframe designed for residency, not tourism. This allows you to establish a local rhythm, build a community, and truly inhabit four distinct American landscapes throughout the year.
4. The Reset: The final week of each rotation is the Reset. During this window, our professional stewards conduct deep cleaning, hospitality staging, and property audits to ensure the home is pristine for the next arrival. Members use this week to transition between residencies or return to their primary base.
5. Peer Stewardship: Kena is built on a foundation of mutual trust. You are part of a closed, four-family circuit, living in the home of a peer who is currently caring for yours. This shared commitment to stewardship is what makes the Kena experience truly unique.
